In order for Farnborough Fins to provide high quality swimming lessons, with a small child-teacher ratio, we ask that fees are paid in full for the term in advance.  Where this is not possible, parents should contact us to discuss options.  This is a commitment from Farnborough Fins to you that we will provide lessons for the term and also from you the parent to Farnborough Fins and allows us to plan our staffing and other commitments accordingly.  We therefore are unable to offer a refund for any missed lessons, whether due to sickness, broken limbs, surgery, holiday or the withdrawal of a child from their lessons. 

If we feel that a child is not ready for swimming lessons we will talk to you and in this case refund the fees for the remaining lessons minus a one week administration change. 

In the event of a pool closure, we will carry over the credit for the missed lesson to the next term unless the child is leaving, whereby we will provide a refund for the missed lesson at the end of the term.
