1. Farnborough Fins take responsibility for the swimmers during their lesson time in the water only. Farnborough Fins do not accept responsibility for the swimmers if they leave the pool for any reason during their lesson, e.g. toilet.  
2. Please note that Farnborough Fins do not accept any responsibility for the safety and well being of any adult or child spectators whilst they are on site. 
3. Farnborough Fins accepts no responsibility for accident or damage to any member, client, person, equipment or vehicle owned by anyone connected with these lessons whilst on the site of Farnborough Hill, Kings International College and Frimley Church Of England. 
4. Please provide inflated armbands if required. Swim nappies must be worn if children are not completely toilet trained.
5. Please do not allow your child to swim if they have an open wound, any infectious disease, cough, cold, ear infection, head lice or stomach upset.
6. With effect from 21st April 2008, all swimmers (with the exception of our adult and child classes) are required to wear a swimming hat.  Hats are available to purchase or you may of course wear your own hat if you prefer.
7. It is essential that all swimmers finish their meal at least 1½ hours before their session or 45 minutes before for a light snack (i.e. a drink and a biscuit).
8. Spectators and swimmers when on-site should not run or bring any glass. Please note that no outdoor shoes, food or drinks are allowed on poolside. Please refrain from smoking whilst on-site.
9. Parents/Guardians must remain on-site during children’s swimming lessons.
10. All personal details provided to and kept by Farnborough Fins Swimming School Ltd are for our administrative purposes only and will not be passed to any Third Parties.  An individual’s personal details will remain on file for a maximum of 3 years after discontinuing association with the Farnborough Fins Swimming School Ltd at which point their personal details will be deleted.
11. Swimming uses a lot of energy and if you or your child feels unwell, what should be a fun activity may become an unhappy experience.  Please inform us of any recent illness or injury.

We are sorry but NO refunds will be given for missed lessons / cancellations unless due to pool closure.
