Crash Courses
Farnborough Fins are pleased to offer you a number of crash courses over the coming months.
JULY CRASH COURSE -Tuesday 21st -Friday 24th July
Farnborough Fins is an ASA Approved Centre for running training courses for trainee swimming teachers. In May Half term we will be running a teacher training course and we will be able to offer a crash course with a difference to our swimmers! As this is a training course it will be slightly different in that there will be a maximum of 4 pupils in the water with a trainee teacher on poolside and a trainee teacher in the water with each group of four children.As these are trainee teachers under the watchful eye of an ASA tutor Naomi Dodge.
The cost for the 4 day course is £14.60 and will be held at Kings International College, Camberley.
SUMMER CRASH COURSES
We are running a series of weekly intensive swimming lessons over the summer holidays. The dates are as follows:
Monday 27th - Friday 31st July
Monday 3rd - Friday 7th August
Monday 10th - Friday 14th August
Monday 17th - Friday 21st August
Monday 24th - Friday 28th August
These classes are for half an hour and will run every day between 09.30 - 11.30. The cost for the 5 day course is £36.50. The Summer crash courses will be held at Frimley Church of England School.
You can attend as many courses are you wish, booking will be taken on a first come first serve basis. These courses give the children chance to really concentrate on various aspects of their swimming and they work very well for those who are struggling in one particular area, whether it be their breaststroke legs or general water confidence.You do not have to be swimming with Farnborough Fins at the moment to join us on one of our courses.
